SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Snazzy Glam is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

Snazzy Glam reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion. We don’t offer shipping to more than one location per order.

 

U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Snazzy Glam ships locally in the U.S. and internationally to Canada.

All shipments will be made through USPS First Class Mail Service.

Snazzy Glam orders are shipped and delivered on business days.

For security reasons, Snazzy Glam will not send any order to military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders will be sent within 24 hours after purchase (processing time does not include weekend days).

 

SHIPPING TIMES

United States: 4 - 6 business days 

Canada: 8 - 12 business days 

Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 5-12 business days

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Snazzy Glam provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 2 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.

CUSTOMS TAX

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

DELAYS

Snazzy Glam is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Snazzy Glam is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Snazzy Glam will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase. 

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Snazzy Glam recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Snazzy Glam is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Snazzy Glam makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.

 

BILLING ADDRESS

Snazzy Glam accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement and both addresses are located in the United States.
